Return/Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the original tags intact.
Customers will be responsible for all costs of returning items for exchange orders. The Family T will be responsible for resending shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping Information
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 7-10 days for delivery after processing. All items will ship through USPS.
Holidays
Please note that these items do not reflect the increased shipping volume during the holiday season. Due to increased volume, some orders may be delayed. Please allow extra time.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped or a refund can be issued (minus the shipping cost). The item(s) must be in the original packaging with the original tags intact.
Shipping Damages
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will gladly assist you.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship lost or stolen orders.
